We love Special Orders! If you are interested in a specific title and have been unable to locate it, check with us and we will see what we can do. We have accounts with multiple distros and can send inquiries on your behalf. If you choose to place a Special Order we require a deposit (refundable if the item becomes unavailable) of 50% for items greater than $50; or full payment (also refundable if item becomes unavailable) on items $49 or less.

If you are excited about a New Release and would like to get that limited first pressing on wacky colored vinyl, place a Pre-Order! We will treat this like a Special Order and will put in an order on your behalf and hold the title for you until release date. In the rare event we are unable to get that special item in stock we will happily offer a full refund.

Generally speaking, returns are only accepted on damaged or defective product. We urge you to inspect any Used Vinyl before making the decision to buy. If you have purchased a new item as a gift we will gladly exchange the sealed item with the original receipt within 21 days of purchase.

We are always interested in taking a look at your unwanted records! We will do our best to take collections of any size. For larger collections, we are more than happy to make house calls. If you have a collection to sell please contact us by phone or e-mail; or if your collection is on the small side (1-3 boxes) feel free to bring it on down any time during normal operating hours (11:00am - 6:30pm Tue-Sun).

We buy pretty much buy all types of records so it's easier to answer this with what we don't buy; we generally steer clear of easy listening, vocal, big band, showtunes, and religious albums. We also do not deal in 78s. We are always happy to discuss your collection in deeper detail over the phone or feel free to contact us by e-mail.

It is very difficult to give an estimate without seeing the actual records. Value is most often determined by scarcity, demand, and condition and with condition being subjective we try to only make offers after a physical inspection of the records take place. We selectively buy scratch-free CDs and music DVDs only. With limited store space we are unable to make an offer on all CD/DVD collections but we will do our best to purchase the titles that we think will sell.
